I have been doing business with Carolina Stairs for about 30 years now and have to say that they have always been a pleasure to work with. The quality of their American Made products has been superb compared to many other suppliers and their communication (support) from their reps and customer service has always been outstanding. They have great lead times and they have always delivered as promised.
Carolina also has an extensive line of products and they can produce many specialty/off species items in basically any species of wood that's out there (even more exotic types of woods) which sets them apart from most companies in the stair parts industry.
I highly recommend them and I look forward to doing continuous business with them going forward.
